NAZACS Inc

Basic Policy on Antisocial Forces

To help maintain public order and safety and to conduct sound business activities, NAZACS Inc. recognizes that severing relationships with organized crime groups and other antisocial forces is an important management responsibility, and hereby establishes the following basic policy.

1. Severing Relationships with Antisocial Forces

We maintain no business relationships or relationships of any other kind with antisocial forces.

If a business partner or other related party is found to be an antisocial force after a transaction has begun, we will terminate the contract and take any other necessary measures.

2. Response as an Organization

If an antisocial force makes an improper demand or otherwise approaches us, we respond as an organization rather than leaving the matter to any individual.

3. Cooperation with External Professional Organizations

If an improper demand or any other problem caused by an antisocial force arises, we will cooperate as needed with the police, attorneys, and other external professional organizations to respond appropriately.

4. Response to Improper Demands

We reject every improper demand made by antisocial forces.

Where necessary, we will take civil and criminal legal action.

5. Prohibition of Funding and Provision of Benefits

We do not provide funds, benefits, favors, or anything similar to antisocial forces.

6. Prohibition of Covert Transactions

We do not engage in covert or otherwise improper transactions to resolve improper demands made by antisocial forces.
